Salame Toscano

“Salame Toscano” is one of the most typical Tuscan cold meat.
Its characteristic aroma, from the fennel seeds, pepper and garlic, even whole corns, highlights its tastiness.
The meat of the salame and the other typical Italian cold cuts, are from the finest parts of the heavy Tuscan pigs.
From the typical round slice, it has an even lean texture within which sections of fatty tissue can be seen.
Very good with fresh Tuscan bread and a glass of Chianti! 🙂
